Noah Ganz, COO

A decisive leader, Noah understands that details make the difference. Noah’s trusted relationships with owners, portfolio and asset managers, and specialty contractors were built through considerate, enthusiastic and attentive communication, resulting in successful projects delivered on-time and on-budget. Noah relies on FFP’s incredible preservation and renovation team as well as his extensive experience, knowledge, and communication skills to drive FFP’s continued growth.

Noah has over 20 years of experience overseeing all phases of construction from small, custom residential upgrades to multi-million-dollar projects for both public and private sector clients. The depth of his experience includes residential renovation, historic preservation, HAZMAT remediation, design, and fire and site safety. He has overseen FFP’s growth in both scale and ability to serve clients in five states and the District of Columbia. Noah is also responsible for the team’s strategic, ongoing training and development, which continually improves the company’s Custom REO service offerings.

Noah grew up in the construction industry and understands that residential construction projects are universally successful when his team understands and upholds the values of quality craftsmanship, appropriate design, and thoughtful decision making. Noah’s dedication to providing the right solution for the right project has ensured the success of thousands of Custom REO projects since he joined the First Freedom team in 2013.

Outside of work, Noah, his wife Naomi, and their five children like to ski and travel. Noah is an active member of the Ohel Moshe Synagogue, where he serves as a cantor. Noah, ever the cowboy, grew up riding horses but has recently taken up motorcycles, which are easier to feed and care for in Pikesville, MD where he lives with his family.
